I rarely leave reviews, and usually only when I’ve had a bad experience. However, this time I wanted to leave a positive one. I discovered this McDonald’s while bringing a friend to the hospital, and I was genuinely impressed by how kind, helpful, and professional the staff were. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impression.
