So far, most of the workers are extremely welcoming. One time, someone forgot items from my order in my bag,(this happened a couple of times) and thankfully I was not too far from the restaurant to go back. The young lady quickly apologized and fixed it. If you go, check your order before leaving. :)
They took my order 15 minutes later they said we don't have anything i ordered .took my money, what they gave me i didn't want i ended up throwing it all away. Horrible place never going back i hope HR off Macdonald sees all the bad reviews.
This Mcdonald's Is The Worse with customer service where they lost a lot of customers. They dont accept they make mistakes and blame you. Second Nobody Asks You if youre waiting for mobile orders or what. You ask where youre order is they don't return back. Takes years to make one coffee its horrible. There is one lady with glasses who works on weekdays and she's pleasant.
