Piss poor communication when they aren't accepting orders or close early. Especially when there's workers outside and they see you pulling up and they just stare at you and don't say anything.

Disgusting Spotted Lantern Flies swarming all over the drive thru, the manager should hire an exterminator asap, lantern flies are an invasive species and need to be controlled and they shouldn't be allowed to crawl all over and around the drive thru and possibly crawl into the indoor space where food is prepared! So gross. This is in New Milford, CT
