First off if youre looking to call for a refund, the phone number is either off or the phone they put doesnt work. Fix the number. Secondly, the fries of the place are always soggy, and food is always wrong. I have not once received my order either correct or complete. Theyre literally robbing people. Terrible service with very terrible managers and associates who refused to provide me with my promotional item that i was entitled to.
I paid for a burger and a coke. The manager who I gave the money to argued me down and said I paid for a refresher. I knew she was wrong but it was obvious to me I was dealing with someone use to hiding behind being defensive and angry because competence and accountability are things she lacks. I told her to at least give me the refresher because I had been waiting and was thirsty. They treated me like a thief and a liar. Disorganized and rude. No apology... No "let me look into that".
