The manager on duty was very rude, she asked if I'm using the mobile app and I said no ,she just ignored me until I drove to the window and asked why she ignored me and she was very rude
I came on 12/23/2025 at 10:20am in the drive thru and the boy totally messed my order up, he needs to repeat the order back to people in-order to not get any mix-ups. I ordered a Bacon McGriddle with an Orange Juice and I received 2 buns and a piece of bacon! This is ridiculous! I’m already on my way to work and even if I wanted to turn around, breakfast ends at 10:30am anyway. You guys need to train your employee’s better and it’s the 2nd time this has happened (with the same employee!). I’m very upset.
