This McDonald’s is terrible. The workers will just stop taking orders in the drive thru, even when there are no cars in front of you to give themselves a break. The person in front of me had to honk their horn after 10 mins of just sitting there to get them to start taking orders again and then it took them another 10 mins of just sitting before they started serving the food. Worst customer service.
Pulled up to this location at the drive-thru 12:06 a.m. only to be told that they can not take customer orders until 2 a.m.😶. This location is NOT 24-HOURS as publicized and the night shift SUCKS OVERALL.
I had an amazing experience with MC! The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The staff made me feel welcome right away and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and it really showed in the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be coming back again and recommending MC to friends and family. Five stars all the way!
