Just left the drive thru and watched them move the right lane 4 cars ahead of the left lane. When I got my order finally it was wrong and missing items i paid for. I asked for ketchup and immediately got the window slammed in my face. Train the team better....

I came here and I going thru the drive thru and they pulled me saying its going to be a 3 min wait for my food.. turns out it was 25min wait and took my whole lunch break. When I went inside and asked for the manager it took FOREVER to get any managers and the fact that i saw them and they just stood there like it was the first day working there confused on which manager is going to help me. This McDonalds sucks, every single time I come here I have to wait in the “reserved for drive thru” for over 10 minutes while I watch cars come and go through the drive thru. Why am I coming here for fries and have to wait 10-15 minutes for fries, just to find the container isn’t even properly filled up. Pay for a large and get enough fries for a medium. What a waste of $5 and my time. At this point, I’d rather get the cardboard Burger King across the street and risk a stomach ache
