I don’t know if there has been a time that they haven’t made me park and wait to get my drive through order. In general, I’m waiting over 20 minutes every time I go to this Mcdonald’s. UPDATE: It’s gotten to the point that they have to get people to park in the lot for the restaurant next door due to how backed up the drive through gets because of their own inability to have food prepped fast enough.

Used to be a much better experience but since their recent construction food service is slow all around, the food isn't good (I always get cold fries and sloppy burgers), and the to servers don't seem friendly anymore. The inside of the restaurant is like a ghost town and so hard to get any help from a person. Drive thru or curb side is the fastest way to get food but even then expect a wait.

Sometimes this location is on it and I'm in and out but most times then send you to wait in a spot for your food and it never comes. Had to go inside for a refund and there's no one at that register, they will look you in the face and ignore you. Had to go to BK across the street. It gets busy but waiting over 15 mins for a McMuffin is not okay.

Meh... Slow service, but thst usually means fresh and hot food. But not this time. Fries were barely full, soda was overfilled and leaking. Worth noting, my burger was delicious. I assume they were holding on my burger, hence it being fresh.
