I ordered food using my phone and received a confirmation number. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the employee informed me that “not taken orders”. Technically, this constitutes theft by credit or debit card. You have taken my money but have not provided any product.
Stopped while traveling through. Our order was made well and staff was friendly!
Way too many people standing around waiting for their orders not to mention the people lined up at the drive-thru also waiting. Some guy walked in the store asking for his drive-thru order that no one brought out to him. What a mess!!!!
The issue isn’t the service or people but why if you know people come at night do you only have 2/3 workers then it takes everyone 30+ mins to get there food. Management needs to put more people on night shifts or hire more people
