This location is "24 hours" but it's not. I am not exaggerating when I say this: during the overnight hours, the "staff" literally sit inside and just ignore any vehicle that comes to the drive thru to place an order. 4 different occasions this has happened. Not just me, it's always at least one other car that waits several minutes before leaving. Management??

Ordered via the app a breakfast on December 25, 2025 and was charged for the order that I placed and drove to the location to pick up my order only to discover the doors were locked and closed. I went back on the app to get a refund and as of January 3 2026 I haven’t received a refund…i will update this review when or if this problem is resolved ….thanks
