I wouldn't be so Keen to put an order through drive-thru. Put a mobile order in the app for drive thru . Had to wait at the call box for roughly 4 minutes. 2 cars in front of me already placed theirs . confirmed my order and now I'm waiting with the same two cars that have been waiting for their food for over 10 minutes.
I ordered a sweet tea today and there was literally no ice in it. While that might seem like a small thing, it’s part of a bigger pattern I’ve noticed—orders here often come out wrong. As a manager myself, I understand mistakes happen, but that’s why double-checking behind your team is so important.
