I've gone to this McDonald's maybe 20 times now: about 13 out of the 20 times they didn't get my order right. As soon as I realize their constant mistakes, I call in, only to be told to come back for the correct order- no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. They're constantly rushing and never take the time to pay attention to detail. It's just a very sloppy operation as of the last year. Super disappointing.
Workers never came to Window after taking order. I sat for about 10 minutes and no one came and said anything.
We came here for breakfast and for the most part it was a good experience. You know that the food quality is going to be typical of McDonald's unless something gets messed up. Nothing got messed up and so it was typical McDonald's. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were another story as they were trashed. Looked like someone was trying to steel the toilet paper and paper towel is the best case scenario.
