PSA. Check your food before leaving/pulling off. ALL McDonald's stores are NOTORIOUS at bagging old food, undress food for take-out and carry-out orders, even when you request fresh-cooked food. Staff has HORRIBLE ATTITUDE at 4770 Conroy Street, SD, CA. Staff DOES NOT value customers. McDonald's Corporate completely checked out/not serious about customer satisfaction. This review is about the staff of this franchise location. By far some of the friendliest and helpful staff of McDonald's within San Diego County. Prefer this location, because of the staff, over other locations within a reasonable driving distance of this location. Keep up the outstanding work!
Service was great. I had issues with my McD app but the person at the counter was quick to take care of the issue. Food came as expected. This location is extremely busy during lunch time so, make your order with plenty of time to spare. Nice staff. Good food. Parking can be an issue during lunch.
