I had a terrible experience. I have been trying to get a hello kitty toy for my daughter. So I see online that this mcdonalds has several of the toys she wants. So we ask what toys they have and the extremely rude drive thru employee says they have a couple options but that you can't choose the one you want. That is fine - we have a 50/50 chance of getting one she wants so I order food instead of driving away.
