Raggedy. Customer service is trash. Came to the drive thru, accidentally put the mobile order for counter. So easy to make that mistake in the app. Instead of handing me my order through the window which is 9 steps away from where they set it down they said “maam you have to come in and get it”. And the order was wrong the put apples instead of fries in my nephews happy meal. No need to be petty on your job. Weird.
Service has been horrible ever since they went to self serve. NOONE TO HELP YOU. You can stand there 10 min as we did. With never seeing a person. We left
How hard is it to indicate Diet Coke from regular by pushing the little tabs on the lid down like they are meant for? Happens here every time
