I had a very serious incident involving delivery of McDonald's food. I called the manager, Joyce, of the McDonald's one block away. She made absolutely no effort to help me. I called McD customer service and just got an robot who did not have my problem in its vocabulary.
I love McDonald's, I love the app. It's very convenient to order your food ahead, pay for it, and pick it up through the drive-thru. However, the last time we ordered somehow my order got lost. I ordered it in the app. I paid for it in the app. Went to the restaurant, and they couldn't find it. I had to order it at the window.
