I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but the manager Maria went above and beyond. I ordered to the wrong location by mistake, and she helped fix it and even matched my discount. Really appreciated the great customer service—rare to see these days!
It's McDonald's, so dont be shocked when the food is industrially produced and unhealthy. However, as far as McDonald's establishments go, this one is top tier. It is very clean and the staff are very nice.
They were a bit busy in the drive thru but with an empty lobby I expected a bit more attentiveness from staff. Was waiting for 10+ minutes to ask for a refill only to find out the fountain still worked lol. Also, the first two tables we went to sit at were dirty but that's more a customers fault than staff. Otherwise, it's another McDonalds.
