Took 22 minutes for 3 burgers, a 4 piece & 6 piece nugget and 3 pops. Burgers was suppose to have extra pickles, did not. One cheeseburger had ketchup only (asked for extra pickle got none), NO napkins. Husband went to ask about our food and they said longest wait time was 8 minutes, couldn't be when ours was already 15 minutes after our ticket time. The lady didnt even care. Came in for dinner with my family tonight, ordered a kids meal, a combo and a value meal and waited 20 damn minutes for our food and the the staff couldn't of cared less, we had 3 burgers and ordered them all with extra pickles and only 1 had extra and 1 had none at all, and after waiting 20 minutes for our food, it wasn't even hot. This isn't the first time I had to wait this long for my food but it WILL be the last time. I will never go back to this mcdonalds.
We get it accidents happen. I just ordered for 5 people and its a large order. Hubby gets home after picking up what I ordered and oops, missing two mcchickens. No big deal, hubby takes kid who's mcchickens it was back. Here is what didn't we expect. The team there gave my family a hard time, saying how to they know we actually didn't get them. What? Seriously? $4.24 in value for 2 mcchickens and you couldnt take care of it? I spent $50 on our meals and this business charged me for it, and then made them pay again for it. Wh... read more
