Took 30 min for a mobile order pickup. Nobody ever at the counter to even let them know the order was missing half the food. Had to yell for someone to come back up front after checking the contents of my order. No apology, just attitude. This mcdonalds used to be great, it's now the worst. There is ZERO customer service in place at this location and the poor management makes it look like everyone is running around chasing their tails.
