Arrived around 2 AM after a delayed flight, just wanting a quick bite. After waiting several minutes in the drive-thru, the first thing we hear is, “Please move to the next window.” Naturally, we did. At the window, staff seemed confused why we hadn’t ordered and claimed the instruction was for another car — without a shred of apology or accountability. Such an efficiently run McDonald’s, one of the best in Markham. Never knew how good I had it until I moved away from this area. Every other McDonald’s seems incompetent and slow by comparison.
