I don’t go to McDonald’s often but this is the one closest to my house so when I do go it’s here. Every single time I’ve gone here, every single time—they give me either someone else’s order or the wrong food in general. I order through the app and pickup at the drive thru…last time I brought it to their attention they said “you can place another order with the items you wanted and come through again.” So you just want me to give you more business despite putting up with the errors again and again? Floor was sticky and I ordered a 20 piece mc nugget and they gave me a 10 peice forgot the sauce and and it's tasted like bleach 😑

Worst McDonalds EVER!! I walked in and the place was a hot mess, receipts and napkins all over the floor, I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken, the lady instead of apologizing she chose to give me an attitude, instead of asking me for my order number she just assumed that I was waiting on a Quarter Pounder, but I ordered a McChicken, so she ended up giving me the wrong order at first, after I received my correct order I saw that my My fries were fresh but unseasoned, my nuggets were okay, I asked for Sweet & sou... read more
