Fix your computer systems. Placed an order for curbside pickup to end up waiting 30 minutes just to be told that your system isn't pushing app orders through. Card was already charged and I can't cancel the order on my end as it states it's already being prepared.
The service here is simply horrible no matter what time of day it is; The customer service is equally as horrendous. The team lacks the basis customer service requirements.

Ordered a chocolate shake and it was pure white on the bottom section and barely noticeable slightly darker area. Tasted like vanilla, stirred it up and could at best taste a hint of chocolate. My wife took it up and requested a different one. The manager said it is the machine and it will just be the same. They gave us a different one and it it was better but still the worst chocolate shake we have had. They did offer a refund if we didn't like that one. The manager had a dismissive attitude.
