This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. If I could give a “0” I would. Customer service is awful. They have you waiting in the drive thru at the intercom for 10 min + without acknowledging you’re there. A simple “I will be with you in a moment” is common sense etiquette! They can’t get the order correct and then have the audacity to be nonchalant as if we’re “the customer” aren’t a big part of how they have a job and gain a paycheck. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Ordered a Daily Double, got a McDouble instead. When I asked why, they said “we don’t make Daily Doubles.” Then why the hell is it still on the menu? Paid extra for nothing. No apology, no explanation — just rudeness and attitude. And the drive-thru? Total disaster. Takes forever for anyone to even acknowledge you, and then even longer to get your food. Complete mess.
