They told us to move up in the drive thru which we didn’t wanna do because they either mess up our order or we have to wait for 30 minutes. We explained that to them and they still proceeded to yell at us saying “you HAVE to pull up” legal wise no I don’t I’ve even looked into it. Will never be coming back here ever. Very rude customer service.
The last 3 times we have gone through the drive through they have forgotten items in the order. Having to return and go inside to show my receipt is a big hassle and generally not even worth it as the food quality is some of the worst my family has experienced based on McDonald’s restaurants all over the country. It’s really quite sad as this is our most convenient McDonald’s to our home.
