Placed an online order for table service. Waited 25 minutes for my order. After 10 ish minutes I went up to see if my order and saw one waiting there but it said 134 and I was order 1600 or so so I didn’t grab it. There was no order number or name on the bag. Then after waiting 15 more minutes I realized that bag was mine but had my table number on it. The workers saw that bag waiting there and were too lazy to walk it over to my table for 25 whole minutes. Terrible service and cold food.

We always shop at this location, but the coffee tastes worse every day. We decided to buy the new seasonal apple flavor, but they didn't even add the toppings or the whipped cream it's supposed to come with—and the girl got annoyed when I pointed it out. I’m paying for it; it’s not a freebie.
