The customer service is horrible the employees always have an attitude and hate for you to tell them something is wrong they gave me a small cold fry instead of of the medium fry I ordered chicken sandwich was cold and cheese was missing when I pointed it out to the employee she instantly got an attitude
This McDonald's claims to be open 24 hours. I had placed a mobile order around 3am and went through the drive-thru and the person on the speaker said they were closed. The menu was turned off but the drive-thru wasn't blocked off? Very confusing if you ask me. When I told them I placed a mobile order and would like a refund the person on the speaker was rude with giving me directions on how to get my Refund. This isn't the first this has happened either. Just ordered from Uber and they forgot the drinks for 1 and second they just left everything soggy
