I visited the drive-thru at approximately 10:15 AM and ordered four items. From the start, the cashier’s tone was noticeably annoyed. When I requested two hash browns, she rudely corrected my pronunciation, which I found unnecessary and offensive. When she handed me the order, she closed the window immediately—no offer of sauces or any basic courtesy typically provided at other McDonald’s locations.
