Had to call for help multiple times until the manger finally came to help because he was too busy flirting with a subordinate, then when he actually did have to do his jobhe has a very aggressive attitude says "I am doing you a favor" and then thretend to take the food back. I don't know if he is someone importants kid but he should be fired immediately. Unbelievably unprofessional I will never return again
The customer service is horrible the employees always have an attitude and hate for you to tell them something is wrong they gave me a small cold fry instead of of the medium fry I ordered chicken sandwich was cold and cheese was missing when I pointed it out to the employee she instantly got an attitude
This McDonald's claims to be open 24 hours. I had placed a mobile order around 3am and went through the drive-thru and the person on the speaker said they were closed. The menu was turned off but the drive-thru wasn't blocked off? Very confusing if you ask me. When I told them I placed a mobile order and would like a refund the person on the speaker was rude with giving me directions on how to get my Refund. This isn't the first this has happened either.
