Drive thru, so no actual full gauge of atmosphere.
I have just left the drive thru, I witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in the driveway in a very unprofessional manner. The driveway was extremely busy and packed with customers, and the employee already appeared stressed trying to manage everything. ,The manager told her she was ‘giving her a headache’ .
