Waited 1 hour to get food. The food was already cold. When asked for fresh food, had to wait another 30 minutes. Employees that just clocked in walked out due to chaos.
if I could leave 0 stars for this location, I would. placed a mobile order at 9:16pm last night (3/12/26) arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order around 9:25-9:30, after the initial automated response from the intercom we waited in silence for about 10 minutes before giving up to park, swapping the pick up selection on the app to at the counter, and heading inside, but it doesn't stop there ! told the person inside that we were there to pick up my mobile order and started the wait, stood waiting til 10:20pm. 45 mins. n... read more
I didn't receive a mini Mcflurry which I added to the mobile app at their suggestion. I waited over 20 minutes for the mobile food order. Two children (3 &5) were distracting me by the time the order arrived. Then spent multiple attempts to reach the store for a resolution. The app was no help. The McDonald's web sight required a store code # and I could not find that on-line. No receipt was given so I couldn't complete the complaint on line.
Me and my friend come here almost everyday for breakfast. The service has been horrible everytime, an older man needed help at the counter and 2 teenage girls (me and my friend) had to help him with the order on the screen. no one helped him after 10 minutes. Theres never anyone at the counter helping. The drive thru line also always takes 20-30 minutes to tell them our order.
