Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The opposite of FAST food
Every time I do a mobile order, I always have to go in to get it, after waiting 10 minutes or longer and they don't know what I am talking about, the majority of the time. My order is just sitting there, too. This has happened to me multiple times in the past, as well. I shouldn't have to exit my vehicle to go inside to fetch my order when there's curb side pickup available and you choose a number. I have been charged multiple times for orders that I never got. Sunday the 12th of October I went into this McDonald's about 8:15 am. I stood there for 15 minutes. A worker walked by me, another worker walked by me, and then two walk by me. Never once acknowledging me. I am an older woman, and I don't know how to use the kiosk. I have McDonald's Points and they expire all the time because I do not know how to redeem them. I just wanted to ask the question and get some help. Needless to say I just left. Very disappointing.
Service was not very good. If you had to pay at the counter, they couldn't/wouldn't give a receipt..the cashier acted like she couldn't be bothered, and it was an inconvenience when I asked for a receipt, which I never received. And then waited 13 min for my order. The food was cold. I will never go to this location again.
