Every time you go to Crystal River McDonald's they always give you cold french fries cold food you ask them for hot or is that special make it and they still put it in the bag cold the manager especially the night manager is not friendly at all

If you want to compare this McDonald’s location vs The one on County line Road. This will be the McDonald’s you will choose. I live off of Shady Hills Road and drive all the way to this location just because the food is always fresh. My food is never thrown together sloppy. The Employees always have a good attitude, And I can honestly say in the last six months, I have never had a problem here compared to the one on County line Road. Really, it's my fault for even coming back here again. They can never get my order right. Every single time I come to this location, I seem to have issues with their TERRIBLE customer service, and the food is never correct! I usually NEVER have any problems at the other McDonald's locations, but this one in particular might as well just shut down for all I care.
