When I was getting off the phone the lady hung up in my face
My visit to this McDonald's started off well, but the customer service quickly went downhill. I was in the second drive-thru lane, and after placing my order, I asked to change my drink to a Diet Coke and add a Sausage McMuffin. How can I do a curbside order 20 minutes out I come to the location there’s no one in the drive-through two cars in the parking lot and I have to wait over 10 to 15 minutes currently sitting here in my Pick Up spot waiting for Mobile order which is one sausage McMuffin. If I already haven’t paid for this through the app, I would be out of here because this is pathetic.
