Me and my wife went in ordered two quarter.Pounders, two fries asked for them to be well done.And two cokes also ordered a six piece mcnugget, which apparently she didn't hear me.And never charged me.For so when they brought the food out, I asked where they were.And she said, oh I didn't charge you for those.We started eating then we took a sip of coke.The coke was warm and flat went up to the counter.They're all the back working seven minutes later.The girl finally comes up.I tell her the cokes are warm and flat.She gets me... read more
You will never get what you order at this location, the staff just doesn’t care
Nothing like craving your favorite burger and getting this. Looks nothing like what you would imagine a burger would look like. It was barely warm too.
Spencerport McDonald's is terrible service. Been there few times in the last month and cars backed up at the drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes two of the times and cars were not moving at all. So me and some other cars pulled out of line and left. I have been by there at other times and see back ups and know better to even try to pull in. So I go to Tim Hortons. But to be honest, I like the food at McDonald's better. I think it needs a new manager 🤔.
