Nobody behind counter to take a custom order, self-order only. Very slow. Missed one of our 3 orders completely, just never came out. Employees chit-chatting when we went up for refills, left us standing around waiting. Bathrooms locked, had to wait for an (absentee) employee to get a code. Horrible all around. Avoid.
Josh rocked it on service. Nicest guys there.
My Handicap son was interviewed there Hired there they were fully aware of his handicap he worked two shifts and someone from their corp office came in and had the manager fire my son!! I shall be contacting ADA for formal complaint
