Bathrooms were disgusting. Looks like they havent been cleaned in hours. During my wait to get my food, I saw a employee eating fries straight from the fry holder basket and cough without washing her hands after. No one was very friendly towards any of the customers that were in there. I also didnt my order made like I requested which honestly with the way McDonald's is going now, does not surprise me.
Took forever to get our food. Music was blaring throughout the dining room. Could barely hear my family talk. Fries finally came out super cold. Burger bun was soggy and ketchup all over the burger like they dropped it and put it in the wrapper. Had to remind them about our shakes and McFlurry. Forgot half the sauces I was charged for. The worker that works there moves at a snails pace and acts like he hates everything with his hood up and horrible customer service. Ordered in the drive thru, paid (received incorrect change), then we were told to pull up where we waited (behind two other cars who were doing the same) for probably 6-7 minutes before our order was walked out to us. The food was warm, but not hot which is what we were expecting considering the wait. No napkins and they forgot our condiments, but the employee ran in to get the condiments which was nice.
