The food is Great, when the people hanging out behind the counter actually do their jobs. That they are paid to do. Half the time I go in (like tonight) and there's 4 employees just standing there. Talking, skwalking up at storm, they do look over and make eye to eye contact. But then instead of doing their job, there's Always one... just ONE Person actually working. Waited over 20 mins to be able to pay… Monique the manager? Was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know what customer service was… Theo was friendly and tried his best to be helpful Got home and food was all cold
