Waited 25 minutes for an order that was never called out and stuffed in the corner of their stupid pickup window where you can't see unless you are directly in front of it. Then had to ask for the cup I ordered because the boy watching the front counter was too busy passing cups to some young girls in the lobby and walking around. I wait almost half an hour and just end up with cold food and getting ignored. Will not be back and would not recommend anyone else try.
We're the kind of people who never really go back if they gave us the wrong order as long as it's similar but we really wanted the food we ordered tonight. We ordered 10 pcs chicken nugget meal and a snack wrap meal. Simple. We were given the wrong bag of food 3x. We first received a mcdouble and a large fries. We were in a hurry so my bf took a glance at the bag and saw a wrapper so he thought we got my snack wrap and drove.
