I watched 7 orders filled before mine when I ordered first. When you preorder in the drive through you are pushed to parking spots so they can continue to service other customers and not have the timer messed up. I walked in and saw other order being put together while my order sat and “waited” for fresh fries.
my favorite mcdonalds but my god you need more competent employees working drive threw.
