If you feel like waiting after you order, this is the place. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. Each car averaged out about 20 minutes while in line. By far the worst out of any drive thru ive experienced. Half the time, the burgers or fries aren't cooked completely. I'm willing to drive to Harding which is 1.5 hours away for mcdonalds instead of going here... Harding store should be the standard!
I was disappointed by the mistakes made to my burger, and when I went back to get them replaced, the order taker and Kai both seemed like they just didn't want to be bothered. The service made me remember why I hadn't had McDonald's in a while.
Absolutely shameful. Was in the drive through line for nearly 20 mins. Wife went inside to use the restroom and the lobby was digusting trash and soda all aound where people get their drinks. Worst of all food was missing when we finally got home to eat. I dont hold the 4 teenagers too responsible as I did see them running their buts off but management maybe needs to shut down if their understaffed cuz this is doing them no good.
