The staff is rude and very unprofessional. You MUST check the order before pulling away from the drive thru. There is ALWAYS something missing. Th staff never apologized. Won't visit this store again..
Ever since they remodeled, the crew has been amazing. Before, it wasn't the best customer service, and I would get side-eyed and windows slammed at me when I asked for my straw and things like that. But this crew is on point. Good job! Four stars for the food because it's still McDonald's.
