The lobby was dirty, My fries were cold and they were not filled enough, it looked like someone took a handful of fries out of my bag and gave me the leftover of what was left, severely disappointed. If my fries are gonna be cold at least fill the bag and not skimp on the serving size they were not even half way full. You’re better off just buying Burger King.
Absolute terrible customer service, paid for two breakfast sandwiches at 8 am though the app. The app took my money via Apple Pay and they said they couldn’t find my order in their computer. So after showing them my receipt and order number and even my bank account showing my purchase they refused to give me what I paid for. Now I’m out 8 bucks and still have an empty stomach. I really don’t understand how and why they refused to give me what I paid for. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid this branch like the flu.
