Staff was rude, food sat in window for at least 5 mins. Lady working the window never acknowledged me. Manager had to come over and hand me my food. Steak Bagel was trash full of tough fat that you couldn't chew through. Will not return, worst McDonalds in Richmond.
They don’t know how to do their jobs here. I asked for an Iced Mocha and add caramel and then when i get it it tastes burnt so o go up there and tell them. I then hear one of the workers going “how do you burn an iced coffee” like yall made it and it’s called espresso that’s how it’s burnt. They go to make me a new drink and the girl tells her it was a macchiato with extra caramel which once again i got an Iced MOCHA with added caramel. Didn't know their prices, than uncharged it
I asked for a couple packages of ketchup at the pick up window and was told that they couldn’t give it to me. I had to order it at the drive thru because corporate now charges .25 per package. He gave me 3 packs of salt for free though…but no ketchup.
