McDonalds is good food. Not great or exceptional but good. The ambiance is generally all the same. This one however has some employees that are less then friendly and a real issue with their jobs and the customers. They are in no hurry to get anyone their food.
This is one of the better McDonald's in Richmond. The layout of the outside is a little confusing, but everything else is great.
This was the worst visit ever! My food was not good. There was bad lettuce on my sandwich. This site is not family friendly. Staff uses profanity and the manager did nothing about a spill. I asked for a mop and was told here you go, when i asked for a wet floor sign and mop bucket i was ignored. There was 3 customers wearing boots on their feet with a broken foot.
