This place is an absolute nightmare. I am so sick of being asked to pull forward when I order one happy meal just to make their drive thru time quota. I am asked to pull all the way back around and park in the parking lot and wait....and there was only one other person in the drive thru at the time I went through. It took 30 minutes to get 2 happy meals going inside. The cashier kept leaving the register with people in line to talk to kitchen people and scoop fries when there were already people for that. When I complained he said at least I was getting my food and then threw the receipt at me and did not give me drink cups. Then, my order was messed up. I will never stop here again.
Something wrong with App, I was charged, but the order didn't go through.... Night person in charge refused to honor app order.
Took over half an hour to get my food, service terrible didn’t even get my mango pineapple smoothie, got a refund wish I could’ve put to zero stars don’t go to it EVER!!!! Oh and the Employees TOTAL AMATEURS!!!! AND I AM MISSING TWO IF MY BIG MAC PATTIES!!!
