the manager at the front counter was racially profiling me and refused to give me my food even tho i did nothing wrong and olny order my food. was very disrespectful towards me for no reason after i paid for me food and was disrespectful towards me because i am a teenager, made me feel very hurt. wouldn’t recommend this spot because of her and would decide to come back once i feel welcomed into the establishment and not DISRESPECTED. also came in here another time after playing sports and asked for a water cup. was VERY rude... read more
Absolutely disgusting service at this location. The managers clearly need proper training because the service is always inconsistent, unprofessional, and full of excuses. No proper dine-in service, no consistency with discounts, and zero customer care. This place is an embarrassment to McDonald’s — I’ll never come back here again.
