Whoever was working the drive thru tonight does not realize you switch between lanes. We had to sit while five other cars on the other side got their orders taken. Not even sorry or anything. Do better
Tell me how hard it is to put a straw in the bag. When I’m watching you bag my food and bring my drink over I ordered two things a food item and a drink. It doesn’t cross your guys mind to put a straw in the bag?!
First time in this location, waited 20 min in drive thru for a mobile breakfast combo order. Steady car flow, but the ordering was delayed as well as the pick up window. No greeting when finally made it to the window. Neither any apology for the long wait. Would have been faster to go inside. Since it took so long food & tea were cold! You need to either hire more staff or get staff to move a little fast. My breakfast went in the trash since re-heated McDonalds is terrible
