Another McDonald’s, another problem. One common issue at this location is that the self-order machine often doesn’t print out a receipt. As a result, I have no idea what my order number is. The worst part is that I’ve mentioned this issue before, and they still don’t bother fixing it. I hint again that they should replace the paper roll because other customers will have the same problem. “Yes, yes, we’ll replace it,” they say. The drink we ordered tasted like regular water, which is just red in color, I am very disappointed with this order

The Staffs are arrogant and rejecting to answer questions, I ask politely and nicely but they are ignoring me like they never see or hears me
