Plain rude. One of their folks (can't tell if he's a regular staff, or contractor, or landscaper) shouted at me and my dog to keep off the grass path when we were waiting for so long for our "to go" order to be delivered to us outside. We had the decency to wait outside since I have my dog with me, and were keeping him well under control, so this shouting to a customer was just plain rude and uncalled for.
