This McDonald's is on point. Most of the employees are solid here
I had a very disappointing experience today at drive-thru. After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru and told the staff I had a mobile order. She clearly told me to come inside to pick it up. I parked my car, and went inside. After waiting inside for around 10 minutes, I asked about my order — only to be told again by the same staff that mobile orders through the drive-thru should be picked up at the drive-thru window.
