Pathetic service and out of stock on all ice cream deserts. No wonder customers are abandoning McDonalds
I recently stopped by the McDonald’s on SW Railroad Avenue in Hammond, and overall, I had a very solid experience. It’s a convenient location, right off the main road, with easy access and plenty of parking—even during busy times. The restaurant was clean inside and out, which is always appreciated when you're grabbing a quick bite. The staff were friendly and worked efficiently to get orders out quickly.
