Around 9:40 there was a family outside was already planning to yell at the staff before even approaching the door. On top of that, the woman kept repeating “I own a restaurant” over and over, at least 20 times, as if that meant the rules didn’t apply to her. That kind of attitude only makes the situation worse. Such a stupid attitude. We were in the drive thru with a toddler and decided to sit down so mentioned it to staff and even apologised. Literally a minute later as we park and walk up to the door- they have their doors locked from inside. Its 9:30 and on Fridays they are supposed to be open until 10. It would have been perfectly fine if the drive thru staff just let us know they closed early and asked us to continue ordering drive thru. Love this place cause it’s near to my house but also service is kinda slow Cuz. We ordered the food we needed to wait a whole 12 minutes just waiting there just to get the food. The service is bad but the food is good.
