Eat here if you want the general manager, Claudia Romero, to give you food poisoning! If you don't want that. Hit up the Carls jr at 1101 Branham Ln, San Jose, CA 95118 They have amazing customer service, and they don't give you stale food, like Claudia over here smh
I wish I could give them a zero but today I decided to stop by the drive thru and order. I got this very rude employee she was at the first window were you pay she had glasses, messy braids. The service that she gave to us was not a welcoming place to go at. This happened at 11:21am on 11/12.
