This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. That wouldn't be so bad but they always mess your order up.
It was around 7 that I went. I had a question so I waited, finally after about 15 minutes someone came over said that they wasn’t taking anymore orders on the register and that we had to order on the kiosk. Still didn’t get my question answered. I work in a customer service job so I know stressful it can be but there’s no excuse to be rude to someone
It was honestly horrible rats we’d running around the bath room it took 2hours to get out food and we only had 8 people I know it’s still aloof but it shouldn’t take 2hours and that was all rude NEVER. Come to this restaurant.
After getting our order at the drive thru, some items were missing. We went back to the drive thru windows. We had to move forward and a girl brought out the rest of the order. She was extremely rude...telling us we should have come inside. She continued to berate us. They lost good customers with us.
