I purchased 4 sausage and egg McMuffins and half of them were full of egg shells. I emailed the manager and have yet to hear back.
Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered food thanksgiving night and they took our money on the app but weren't even open. I've been waiting weeks to get my money back and just keep getting generic "We're sorry, we'll try and do better in the future" messages with no resolution. I will never use this location.
It's McDonald's.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. The staff constantly messes up even the simplest orders and when the mistake is mentioned they don’t even apologize they just take the wrong food back and hand you the corrected one with no bag or anything. Today my cheeseburger was covered in ketchup and was not wrapped so it got everywhere. Also no apple pay or cards were working but they didn’t post any signage to let people know so they were stuck in line for nothing.
