Just went in for a coffee and did not want to use the kiosk. The gentleman in front of me had been waiting for 5-10 minutes before he started calling for someone to come to the front. After another minute, a lady finally came to the register and said, "You can use the kiosk." The lady was obviously upset with the fact that he wanted to have his order taken by a real person. Very rude and unkind staff.
Rude staff. The owners are cheapskates, according to their own staff. I ordered 20 nuggets and received 2 sauces. I asked for a third and they argued that they gave it to me and wanted to charge me more for an extra sauce. This is the only McDonald’s I go to that has done this. The owners just lost a full family of customers over $0.25! Good job! They nickel and dime you for everything.
