I'm a former McDonalds Secret Shopper, so listen to me when I say this: Every McDonalds franchise should take an example from this McDonalds Manager. His crew respect him, and he is the nicest most respectful man to all customers, even me when I look like a bum and am sneaking an extra refill at the machine! He also seems (from what I've observed) to hire some with developmental disabilities who gave us a wonderful welcome when we came up to order. McDonalds corporate should promote him. He's a true manager.
