Elderly couple was sitting at the counter for a very long period of time, before asking for help. Employee rudely replied "you are going to have to wait, we are short handed" I get you are frustrated and over worked but it is not their fault your management did not staff your location correctly. McDonalds is in the customer service industry, start training your people to act like it.
Went there in.a hurry to get a sandwich and the drive thru moved quickly and smooth.
