Terrible attitude from the staff
The was a black tall male guy acting as a mgr with a bad attitude and refused my online order which because I was dinner time which isn’t my fault the app only allows you to order what’s available so I go back thru the drive to try and order off the breakfast menu and I hear on the speaker a male voice getting rude and saying mad crazy stuff in background as the lady is trying to take my order! Poor customer service in drive thur made me wait over 10 minutes and still never took my order. They made excuse that one drive thur person and I could stop inside to order the slammed door in my face .
The parking lot is just weird. But the biggest issue is we wanted a milkshake an it’s 12:05pm. I had a minor procedure and I wanted something cold to drink. We’re 45 min out from where we live and of course the lady says they’re out of shakes and she can’t press the button. What button and how are you out of shakes? Just be honest don’t come up with a story that doesn’t make sense. So we’re going to the next McDonald’s because it’s just ridiculous.
