You provided free refills at will for long enough that when you take it away it damages your brand and shows that you're really not thinking of the customer as much as retaining profits. The switch is unacceptable and you will see users react. I won't be back here.
Friendly staff
No working phone number. Order placed via delivery service, time said 45 minutes. We are currently waiting at 1.5 hours. Terrible
