Took a really long time and people were leaving because it was to slow and about miss their flights. The ranch and spicy rap wasn’t cooked and had no taste. And more expensive than other McDonald’s for bad quality .
2025: We go through BWI twice a year and I usually get something from McD's. The last couple of times the wait time has definitely improved. But, the atmosphere/interaction with the employees is disheartening. No eye contact, nothing but the bare minimum of communication, difficulty understanding. 2023: Line extends out into main walkway and only one cashier. Orders incomplete and mixed up. Employees confused. Food unavailable already at 10:30. Sales could be at least double at this location.

Mannnn my burger was made all sorts of wrong and there wasn’t even any lettuce no ketchup and cheese looked deceased I was scared to eat it but they lucky I was hungry because I would have never ate it
The service I experienced at this place was HORRIBLE! Rude staff and “management”. I couldn’t believe it. The manager was walking around rolling her eyes, complaining about customers asking for jelly. The employees were literally arguing with customers as if they wanted to fight. The service was extremely poor and slow. The food was stale. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like it before.
