I am a regular customer at your location and order from this branch almost every day. I have never had any problems in the past. They don’t acknowledge you at all at the front counter. I tried to use kiosk first and it didn’t even have the number things and it wouldn’t print out my receipt. I went to counter to get my receipt so I could get my order number and no one acknowledged me for 15 mins. They had no ice in the drink machine. When she finally helped me she said “ do you really need it “ about my receipt and I was like yeah… so I know which order is mine. My son had to wait addition 10 mins to ask for one more bbq sauce. soooo bad, they barely even pick up the phone and serve things that fell on the ground.once you order, no refunds. they rather see you burn in hell. Manager replied with “like I give a shit” when I asked for my order
