I ordered my food specifically as I always do, plain only meat and cheese. I get home after a long day very hungry only to find there are pickles and ketchup (I'm allergic to ketchup) I returned the next day as instructed with my receipt. The manager who barely spoke 3 words of English said I should have held on to the sandwich for 24 hours and brought it back. Heavyset lady in the blue shirt was very dismissive and extremely rude.

Absolutely horrible. Waited at the order counter for 15 mins. Asked if anyone was coming. No one acknowledged me. I went over to the pick up counter and was completely ignored for 5 mins and finally I asked if anyone can come to the order counter, and was blatantly ignored again. I went back to the order counter for another 5 mins and just gave up and left.
